What's up guys, today I'm with a new story to share. I just wanted to make sure about something before university starts. Here we go and I'm going to Izmir by flying from Istanbul for only 10 hours.
I've bought my ticket for Kiev on Izmir. I also wished to see Konak in Izmir even for a short time. It might be shorter than I think, so let's get started.
I arrived at Adnan Menderes Airport and went to Konak which is one of counties in Izmir by metro from airport. You only buy a metro card from entrance at the metro station, it costed me 20 Turkish Lira. There'll some balance in your card and you pass a few times. I think it just took almost 50 minutes for city center and I found square easily. It's very hard for me to find somewhere when i travel :)
This greatest commander in Turkey welcomes me and made me feel ready for everything.
Of course I searched it on the internet and didn't come here big expectations. There's a famous watch tower in the center of city where you go anywhere from there.
Let me share its story with you. It's written in English and Turkish.
There's located a small mosque cross of Watch Tower. Try to have a look at inside of its. It's already used a mosque.
I'm walking to bazaar where you find shops for wedding supplies, gifts, spaces etc. There're also cafes where you can taste a good Turkish Coffee. I highly recommend it. It comes with a special glass and small water. It was 6 Turkish Lira.
Workers come here after lunch time to drink a coffee or tea and they have blast talking about everything you can imagine. It's available for women, men each other. You can review your schedule during there.
To be honest I almost spent 4 hours to walk around there and take a break to eat something special which is called Midye in Turkish. It's one of the most fresh in Turkey you can find. Just Give 5 Turkish Lira and take 20 midye. It's a good deal isn't it ?
As a Russian proverb, "На вкус и цвет товарища нет." it means that, everybody has a different taste. Give a try man, I did it and I'm still alive :)
I actually couldn't recognize that, time has gone so fast and there was somewhere I needed to go before 17:30 pm. Ohh I'm finally in Agora Museum. Actually you can find there from bazaar but it seemed to me complicated to figure it out where it is. Anyway you should definitely visit there. Ticket was 10 Turkish Lira. It's a legacy which comes from Roma Era.

My stomach reminds me it's time to eat. I especially went to Numan eating house to eat pide. I saw someone recommends it. If you have time, you can go to Moreno Street and there's a lift you drink something there.
As I remember it costed 14 Turkish Lira. It was enough delicious.
I know it was really short because I was 100 percent focused on Kyiv in Ukraine. Next time I'll come up with a good blog. I didn't mention some places I've wanted to say but what i have done in Izmir I just wrote it down.
* You can also go to Kordon where you take a walk and a few museums.
* Please If you come back to airport at night make sure you get there faster than you calculate. Metro goes to every 20 minutes at nights as I remember. I don't want you to be late at airport because of a simple fault.
* By the way you can find some free WiFi on the streets.
* You don't need actually any transport for this area.
* It all happened on September of 2018. Prices, places (go to restoration) can change anytime and I don't own anything about it.
